Celebrity International Grand Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 10 days — 8 days initially, and because of the excellent experience, we extended our stay for 2 more nights. The service was outstanding on every level. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team made us feel truly welcome and at home. A very special and heartfelt thank you goes to Lisa (刘). She went far beyond her role to make our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Lisa helped us arrange several bookings, including a wonderful trip to the Great Wall of China. She patiently answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions, and provided warm, professional assistance throughout. Her care and dedication made a real difference in our overall travel experience. Lisa and the team also kindly arranged a room upgrade for us, which added extra comfort and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated this generous gesture. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Liu, the manager, for his support, and Joe (Goe) from the reception team, who kindly helped us during our stay.
